CONCEPT

Human Resource Management is the core function of organization. It ensures that company has the necessary talent required to operate effectively. It manages the recruitment and selection of new employees as well as the training and development of new and current employees.

FRASSLI strongly advocates the concept of : “ONLY PROMOTE TALENTED PERSONS, AND APPLY TALENTED PERSONS TO WHERE THEY ARE SUITABLE ”.

Principles of employment: Be open, fair and just. Propose “common development of individuals and the enterprise; pursue optimal combination of enterprise needs and staffs’ needs”.


1. Advocate the concept of “only promote talented persons, and apply talented persons to where they are suitable”
During selection of talented persons, the yardstick is that “moral character foremost, suitable application, dedication orientation and team first”. Carry out competitive employment system and the system to lay off the last one, so that the capable ones ascend, common ones yield and the mediocre ones retire. Carry out fair play, realize survival of the fittest, and guarantee effective development and reasonable allocation of human resources.


2. Stick to principles of being “open, fair and just”.
1) Be open: Implement open human resource policy, improve human resource policies continuously, listen to staffs’ reasonable suggestions actively and accept staffs’ wide supervision during implementation.


2) Be fair: Treat staffs fairly, give fair returns to every staff’s work, provide opportunities and conditions for every staff’s development, and carry out fair play on the basis of sincere cooperation and responsibility promise.


3) Be just: Judge staffs justly. Common values are the basis of just judge of staffs. Provide every staff with a specific and challenging target and task, which is the basis of just judge of staff performance.


3. Advocacy of "personal and enterprise development, the pursuit of enterprise and employee unions".
